Choosing the right tree…

Choosing the perfect tree is easy when there are so many great options! Come and see for yourself at our giant farm in Silverado Canyon. Choose from Monterey Pine or Leyland Cypress Christmas trees. One of our friendly staff can cut your tree down for you.

Silverado Farm has trees from 5′ – 9′

 

Sorry, we do not accept credit cards. There is an ATM on-site for your convenience, and we do accept checks.

  • White tagged trees with prices are for sale.
  • Trees with a red tag are SOLD
  • Untagged trees are held for next year
  • Once you have chosen a tree OPEN and DETACH bottom part of the tag and take it to the office to purchase your tree.
  • We do not accept credit cards. An ATM is on-site for your convenience, and we do accept checks.
  • PLEASE KEEP ALL TAGS ON THE TREES UNLESS YOU ARE PURCHASING IT, we want everyone to have access to unpurchased trees.

Picking Up Your Christmas Tree

• It is important that you bring both copies of your sales receipt.

• Give the receipt to our cutters when it is your turn.

•  Instructions for the care of your tree are on the reverse side of the tree tag

SORRY WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. However, if you have an issue with your tree, please do not hesitate to contact our office at 714.649.9251 to discuss the problem. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Pricing

Prices for Monterey Pine and Leyland Cypress (Leylandia) Christmas trees at both Peltzer Pines Christmas tree farms start at $49 and are priced according to size.

•  4′-5.5′ Trees ~ $60-$90
•  6′-7.5′ Trees ~ $95-$130
•  8′-9.5′ Trees ~ $135-$170
•  10’+ Trees ~ $180+

Prices are subject to change, all trees are priced according to size and quality.

Caring For Your Tree

•  Make a 1/8″ – 1/4″ cut on the bottom if sap has formed on the trunk.
•  Put tree in water immediately and check water level every day
•  Be sure not to let your tree go dry
•  Do not put your tree by a heat vent or other source of heat
•  Your tree should last for 4-5 weeks if well cared for
